• Custom Orders: Made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective, as noted in our return policy.

• Process: Contact us within 15 days using the provided template. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except for damaged/defective items.
• Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
