Please note: We ship worldwide except to select Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Process

Step 2: Prepare Your Item

Please ensure your item meets the following conditions:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all protective materials
  • Includes all tags, manuals, and accessories
  • Free of any odors, stains, or damage

Step 3: Shipping Your Return

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return shipping instructions:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • For international returns, you are responsible for any customs fees
  • We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit without tracking

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchange Process

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different product:

  • Follow the same return process outlined above
  • Note in your return request that you’d like an exchange
  • Specify the replacement item you’d prefer
  • Once we receive your return, we’ll process your exchange
  • Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the quality and hygiene standards our customers expect, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Furniture Covers (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom orders or made-to-order items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Products that have been assembled, used, or damaged

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We will arrange for a replacement or repair at our expense
  • In some cases, we may request return of the damaged item

Refund Timeline and Methods

Refunds are processed according to your original payment method:
