- Includes all tags, manuals, and accessories
- Free of any odors, stains, or damage
Step 3: Shipping Your Return
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with return shipping instructions. Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- For international returns, you are responsible for any customs fees
- We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit without tracking

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
